RanBP9 protein is localized throughout the neuron, including neurites. Primary hippocampal neurons from P1 pups were cultured for 18–20 d in vitro to allow for the formation of complex network of neurites and then stained with RanBP9 antibody. A) Negative control without the primary antibody revealed no immunoreactivity, indicating that the immunofluorescence signal observed in B is specific to RanBP9.
