A) Brain homogenates from RanBP9-transgenic (TG) and age-matched WT controls prepared using Nonidet P-40 lysis buffer were subjected to SDS-PAGE electrophoresis and probed with antibodies against postsynaptic proteins PSD-95, spinophilin, and drebrin A. Same blot used in Fig. 9 for presynaptic proteins is also shown here for the detection of flag-tagged RanBP9 and endogenous RanBP9.
