(C) EBP50 knockdown induced G₁ arrest in colon cancer SW480 cells. Cell cycle stage distribution of mock and EBP50-knockdown clones was analyzed by flow cytometry. The values represent average percentage of cells in each stage of the cell cycle from 3 independent experiments.
