³H-Cholesterol–loaded RAW264.7 cells were cultured with (A) 0.03% plasma or (B) FPLC-purified HDL isolated from mice fed a Western diet with or without 0.01% T0901317 for 9 weeks, and cholesterol efflux was determined as described in Methods. Efflux to plasma or HDL isolated from Ldlr^–/–/floxed mice fed a Western diet without T0901317 was set as 100%. Data are the average of 2 independent experiments and expressed as mean ± SEM.
