Flow cytometry analysis indicated that CD4+/CD25+ regulatory T-cell populations were significantly increased in animals treated with MSCs and CsA compared to controls (Fig. 4A, *P = 0.015). In contrast, flow cytometry analysis indicated that CD4+/foxp3+ regulatory T-cell populations were a trend increased in animals treated with MSCs and CsA compared to controls (Fig. 4B).
