Effect of TF on Leptin Secretion. Perigonadal fat pads from C57BL/6 mice were treated with TF for 48 h. A subset of samples were also treated for the final 24 h of the 48 h incubation period with 2.5 nM insulin. Aliquots of media were then analyzed for leptin secretion.
