Bouvardin synergizes with IR in the human NSCLC line H157. MTT assays were used to determine the effect of Bouvardin in combination with IR. Cells were either treated with drug for 24 hours prior to irradiation (A; pre-treatment) or drug and radiation were applied on the same day (B; same day treatment).
