β subunit regulation of Nav1.7 gating

The parameters were obtained from curve fits of Na_v1.7 activation, inactivation, and recovery from inactivation (Fig. 6). The data were tested for significant differences by analysis of variance (p < 0.001), followed by Dunnett's post hoc test at a significance level of p < 0.05. For Dunnett's test, the effects of β subunits were compared with values measured for Na_v1.7 channels expressed alone. Data are the means ± S.E. of between 8 and 30 experiments.
