Localization of CPP-MO conjugates in P. falciparum-infected erythrocytes. A fluorescein labeled CPP-MO was added at 3 μM to a highly synchronized late ring stage culture and the incorporation into the parasite was followed by fluorescent microscopy. Images were taken from samples mixed with a conjugate containing five d-arginine (Table 2).
