Knockdown of trichoplein causes a cilium-dependent cell cycle arrest in RPE1 cells. (A–D) Proliferating RPE1 cells were transfected with the combination of each siRNA and then subjected to FACS analysis (A and B), immunoblotting (C, top), or immunofluorescence (D). We used IFT-20 Sq. 1 in A–D; we also obtained similar results using another IFT-20 target sequence (IFT-20 Sq. 2; Fig. S2).
