After the 21 day differentiation protocol, untreated (N/A) and cells treated with Pdx1 from day 5 to 10 and with a combination of Pdx1 and TAT-MafA from day 15 to 21 (P+M) were stained with a C-Peptide antibody and nuclei counterstained with DAPI.
