Comparison of expression levels between the mouse β-cell line MIN6, human islets and CGR8 cells treated with the combination of Pdx1 and TAT-MafA (P+M). The expression levels of the different markers was analysed by RT-qPCR. Data represent the average of triplicate cultures and are expressed as mean ± SEM relative to GAPDH.
