siRNA suppression of GILT in CaSki cells shows that the abundance of GILT correlates with the abundance of the E7_11–19 peptide. siRNA suppression of GILT protein is correlated with a reduction in the amount of E7_11–19 peptide associated with HLA-A^*02 in CaSki cells. The suppression of GILT is monitored by its signal peptide LLDVPTAAV and both the GILT and E7_11–19 peptides are characterized relative to the overall peptides recovered. (A–C) Show the MS² and MS³ spectra that identify the MS³ 510.79/889.5 spectrum as a good ion flux calibrant (see Appendix for further details).
