MOG^−/− mice are highly sensitive to MOG(35–55). Mice were immunized with either 100 μg pMOG (A–C), 20 μg pMOG (D–F) or 20 μg OVA(323–339) (G–I) in CFA. Ten days later, splenic recall responses to pMOG or OVA(323–339) were tested as measured by proliferation (A,D,G), IFN-y production (B,E,H) or IL-17 production (C,F,I). Each experiment shown in one of two experiments giving consistent results; three mice per group were used.
