RB6 antibody (anti-Gr-1) treatment effectively prevents CNS infiltration of Ly-6G+ circulating neutrophils on day 6 of NSV encephalitis compared with a control IgG (A, B). Dot plots show staining when gated on CD45^high/CD11b+ cells only. Systemic depletion of these cells has no effect on the outcome of NSV encephalitis (C).
