TLR4-induced cytokine production. Whole blood was collected from mice at 1, 3 and 7 days after sham procedure or burn and cultured for 24 hrs with the TLR4 agonist, LPS as described in the materials and methods. Supernatants were assayed for IL-6 [A], IL-10 [B], IL-17 [C] and TNF-α [D] by Bioplex assay.
