Effect of curcumin on PI3K/AKT and MAPK pathways in THP-1 cells. THP-1 cells were treated with 50 μM curcumin (CUR) for 0, 3, 6 and 12 hours. Total lysates of the cells were subjected to SDS-PAGE electrophoresis and blotted with the antibodies against the molecules of PI3K (A) and MAPK (B) pathways.
