The copy number of the ITC template was held at 5 copies (cmEPO ITC) or 10 copies (hEPO or CMV ITC) in each reaction, while the target template was titrated from 5 or 10 copies to 100 copies. Each reaction was repeated 5 times in the presence of 500 ng naïve gDNA to obtain the mean Ct value.
