To investigate the functions of TcCPR27 and TcCPR18, specific dsRNAs for TcCPR27 (dsCPR27) or TcCPR18 (dsCPR18) (0.2 µg per insect) were injected into late instar larvae. Dorsal views of the resulting adults (1-d old) (left panel) and elytra (right panel) are shown. dsRNA for Ver (dsVer) was injected to serve as a negative control.
