Mean values are joined with lines that are colour-coded to reflect the magnitude of the change. Results are generated from over 23,000 individual-level simulations for each year, and hence the confidence intervals on the means are very small. Significant changes to movement legislation are illustrated with blue arrows; Table 1 describes these changes in detail.
