The relative permittivity εr as a function of the distance from the planar charged surface x calculated within the Langevin- Bikerman model of the electric double layer [28,34-35] for surface charge density σ = 0.2 As/m2. Eqs.(1)-(8) were solved numerically for planar geometry using Finite Element Method as described in the text. Dipole moment of water p0 = 4.79 D, bulk concentration of salt n0/NA = 0.15 mol/l, bulk concentration of water n0w/NA = 55 mol/l.
