Effect of the temperature on antioxidant activity in the total extracts, oil- and insoluble-fractions of the S-CO2 extracted oleoresins. Antioxidant activity was expressed as mmol of trolox equivalent (TE) per gram of sample (A,C) or per mg of contained lycopene (B,D). S-CO2ExT: oleoresin extracted by S-CO2 from pure tomato powder; S-CO2ExTH: oleoresin extracted by S-CO2 from tomato powder added with hazelnut powder. Data are mean ± SD of three measures from three independent samples.
