C. albicans biofilms established using a rat denture model were exposed to compounds 13 (20 µg/ml), 33 (40 µg/ml) or saline once per day. After 48 hours of treatment, the dentures were removed, sonicated, and serial dilutions plated to determine the fungal burden as measured by CFU. Each symbol represents CFU of an individual rat denture, with the line indicating the treatment group mean. The data are representative of three independent experiments.
