In vivo imaging of the same fluorescent ganglion cells at times separated by one month. Image shown in (a) and (b) are taken one month apart. Both images are maximum intensity projection images generated from 10 separate in vivo images at individual focuses. Each image at an individual focus is a registered average of 750 frames.
