T cells from nasal polyps are able to translocate NFAT, as assessed by multispectral imaging flow cytometry. Following stimulation with anti-CD3/CD28, T cells derived from the nasal polyp translocated NFAT to the same degree as the T cells derived from normal donor peripheral blood.
