HeLa cells were transfected with the plasmid for the expression of the c-Myc-tagged sdAb19 or Neffins in combination with the plasmid for the expression of Nef-GFP. SdAb19 and Neffins were detected by indirect immunofluorescence with anti-c-Myc.
