CTCF and ECOP mRNA association with RISC is enhanced in WNV-infected cells. Total RNA (black bars) or RNA immunoprecipitated with the RISC from WNV or mock-infected cells was analyzed by qRT-PCR to determine the relative levels CTCF and ECOP mRNA. mRNA levels were normalized to β-actin mRNA and expressed relative to the expression in total RNA from uninfected cells. Values represent the averages of two biological replicates.
