Chickens were nonimmunized or immunized with Ag-loaded DC exosomes and noninfected or infected with E. tenella, E. maxima, and E. acervulina as described in Fig. 1. Eimeria Ag-stimulated IgG- or IgA-secreting cells in the spleen, cecal tonsils, and Peyer's patches at 6 days postinfection were quantified by ELISPOT assay.
