H_HPV represents the human proteins that are known to interact with HPV proteins. For each HPV protein, the number of H_HPV in a training set was computed by $N_i=N\left(Training\right)\cdot \frac{N\left(T_i\right)}{N\left(Total\right)}$ , where T_i is the i-th HPV protein.
