Body composition [lean, fat, bone mineral content (BMC) and bone mineral density (BMD)] in 28 day-old Ptpn2ex2−/ex2− (C57BL/6) and Ptpn2 / (C57BL/6) mice and in the corresponding wild type littermates measured by DEXA and normalised to total body weight. Results shown are means ± SEM; p values are for Ptpn2+/+ versus Ptpn2−/− mice and were determined using a two-tailed Mann-Whitney U Test.
