Figure 18. — 1-DoF Sense mode oscillator frequency response when 1 °/s rotation rate is applied along with 0.5V AC. Resonance peak at 3.54 kHz with an amplitude of 1.70 μm is in close agreement with the analytically estimated sense displacement due to rotation induced Coriolis force.
