Each mouse was placed in a locomotor activity monitor for an initial period of 30 min (shown as arrow) and then injected with vehicle or MK-801 (0.3 mg/kg). Horizontal activity was recorded every 5 min for a 2-h period. Locomotor activity throughout the 2-h period of WT (A) and DGKβ KO (B) mice. Values are expressed as the mean ± S.E.M.
