FIGURE 2: — Met31/Met32 and Cbf1 promoter motifs for Met32-only–dependent and Met31/Met32-redundant targets. MEME determined position-specific scoring matrices (PSSMs) of Met31/Met32- and Cbf1-binding motifs from the promoters of genes with different transcriptional dependences.
