Knockdown of HPK1 in 1,25D-sensitive HL60 and U937 cells decreases 1,25D-induced differentiation, downstream signaling and differentiation-related TFs. Cells were pre-treated with siRNA-HPK1 (siHPK1) or scrambled-siRNA (siRNA) for 24 h, then 10 nM 1,25D was added for another 48 h.
