Effect of exogenous ABA application on the expression of PSY1 and Bcyc genes in the tomato fruit. Fruits were harvested and then divided into two groups in every sampling time, and treated with 0.1 mM ABA for 10 min, and remain a group was as control fruits (distilled water for 10 min). After 24 h, all fruit were sampled, frozen with liquid nitrogen, powdered, mixed, and stored at –80 °C for further use. The above data are the means of three replicates including five fruits at each sampling time. The transcript levels of SAND are shown as an internal loading control. Data are means ±SD (n=3).
