Changes in the relative transcript level profiles for SlACSs, SlACO1, SlETRs, SlCTRs, and SlERF2 genes in control and transgenic tomatoes, including four transgenic lines of three successive generation during development. Relative mRNA expression is expressed as a fold change of control fruit at 20 DAA. SAND was used as the reference gene. Fifteen fruits were harvested randomly at each stage from each transgenic line and control plants and then divided into three groups (five for each) as three replications. Data are means ±SD (n=3).
