PDT-induced Bcl-2 photodamage. MCF-7c3 cells were treated with Pc 4- or Pc 181-PDT at the indicated doses and harvested 10 min after irradiation (200 mJ cm−2). Cell lysates were subjected to electrophoresis on a 12% polyacrylamide gel. A hamster anti-Bcl-2 antibody was used to detect the native Bcl-2 level in each sample. Actin was used as a loading control. Results were similar in three independent experiments.
