There are apomictic, sexual and apomic taxa as well as only sexual taxa reported for Boechera [14]. The graph indicates if the there is an apomictic taxon (red), an apomictic and a sexual/apomictic taxon (orange) or a sexual/apomictic taxon (yellow) among the group of taxa sharing the ITS type of a particular node.
