Mitochondria accumulate LC3 in Purkinje cells in L7-Drp1KO mice. Sections of the cerebellum in control and L7-Drp1KO mice at 2 mo were stained using antibodies to LC3. Antibodies to Car8 and PDH were used to label Purkinje cells and mitochondria, respectively. The soma of Purkinje cells are outlined based on Car8 staining (dotted line).
