Maximum likelihood phylogeny of 75 Aleutian mink disease virus (AMDV) isolates based on alignment of the 531-nucleotide fragment of the AMDV VP2 gene. Bootstrap percentages (70% and above), from 1000 replications, are shown. Isolates with only numeric labels were sampled in free-ranging mink from Ontario (ON), Canada, and those with alphanumeric labels originated from the global trade of domestic mink.
