Siblings from the seven times outcrossed Pka-C1BG02142 strain were used as wild-type control for the mutants. Data are presented as average ± SEM. Flies with an FFT value <0.01 were counted as arrhythmic (AR). For the rhythmic flies, circadian period was determined by chi-square periodogram.
