RhoA expression is unaltered in CRPC cells and remains essential for CRPC cell proliferation. LNCaP cells and their isogenic CRPC C4–2 and LN-Rf (Rf) cells were seeded in their regular growth medium. Cells were harvested 3 d later, and RhoA expression was assessed using Western blotting as described (A). C4–2 and LN-Rf cells were transfected with siRNA targeting RhoA or nontargeting control siRNA (c). Cells were harvested 96 h after transfection, and RhoA expression was evaluated using Western blotting (top panel).
