Cn inhibitors reduce intra-acinar zymogen activation over a range of carbachol concentrations, but they do not affect acinar cell enzyme secretion. Acinar cells were pretreated with FK506 (10 μM), CiP (10 μM), or CsA (1 μM) for 30 min before carbachol (0.1 μM-1.0 mM) stimulation.
