Pull-down assays of NtWRKY12, TGA1a, TGA2.1, TGA2.2, and NtNPR1. GST-proteins were incubated with Strep/HIS purified fusion proteins and complexes were pulled down with Streptactin–Sepharose beads (A) or Glutathione–Sepharose 4B beads (B,C). After SDS-PAGE and Western blotting fusion proteins were detected with anti-GST antibodies (A) or anti-HIS antibodies (B,C). Plus and minus signs denote the presence or absence in the incubation mixtures of the proteins indicated at the left. The input protein was loaded separately on gel and is indicated by (I).
