The monosaccharides of RG-II and their corresponding nucleotides. TDP-Rha is the activated form of rhamnose in bacteria. It is not known if fucose and xylose are O-methylated when they exist as nucleotide sugars or after they have been transferred to the side chains of RG-II. The activated forms of aceric acid and Dha have not been determined.
