Cytotoxic activity of chitosan-stabilized silver nanoparticles (CS-AgNPs) on mouse macrophage RAW264.7 cells. Macrophages were treated with different concentrations of CS-AgNPs for 24 hours; cell viability was determined by MTT [3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide] assay.
