Downregulation of HoxD10 in gastric cancer. (A) HoxD10 mRNA expression was determined by quantitative real-time PCR in 33 paired endoscopic biopsy samples from gastric cancer and normal stomach tissues. The data were described as relative log10 value, and analyzed by Wilcoxon matched pairs test. (B) The expression profile of HoxD10 was analyzed in eight gastric cancer cell lines, as well as in two of normal stomach tissues by conventional RT-PCR. GAPDH was used as the internal control.
