MKN28 cells (7 × 106 cells) transfected with pcDNA3.1 vector or pcDNA3.1-HoxD10 were injected subcutaneously into the flanks of athymic nude mice (3–4 wk old) mice (n = 6 each group). (A) Representative pictures of tumor growth in nude mice inoculated subcutaneously with empty vector or HoxD10 transfected cells at the end of the observation. (B) The tumor from each group was weighed immediately after removal. The average tumor weight is indicated as mean ± SD.
