Time course of LC3B immunoreactivity revealed by confocal microscopy after cauterization. Sham-operated control (a and b) shows LC3B immunoreactivity in the GCL, IPL and INL. After cauterization, LC3B immunoreactivity gradually increased in the GCL, IPL, and INL at 1 week (c) and 2 weeks (d) after cauterization.
