CD4+ T cells from KSR1 wild-type or knockout AND TCR mice were stimulated with CH57 Bcells loaded with 1μg MCC peptide for 5 days until rested. T cells were purified and conjugated with CH27 cells loaded with peptide. Conjugates were stained with phospho-S24 stathminantibody and analyzed by confocal microscopy.
